½ to 1 hour north of Lillehammer centrum, the valley Gudbrandsdalen. At beautiful areas, in the forest or above the tree line, 700 to 1000 m above sea level.

Petrol station Circle K, Kongsvegen 299, Øyer, just by E6, leaving E6 by number 86 Tingberg, 20 km north of Lillehammer centre.
Meeting point snow shoe hikes
Follebu, 15 km north of Lillehammer centre.
Leaving E6 2 km north the Lillehammer, then follow county road number 255. Meeting point at the store Kiwi, Holsbakkan 2, in Follebu village.
